Shape the Future of Learning: Teaching and Learning Coordinator
Our users love Kami, and we're looking for a talented and energetic Teaching and Learning Coordinator (TLC) to help us bring our vision for a better way of learning to even more teachers, administrators, and educational organizations across the US and internationally.

The Opportunity:
As a TLC, working remotely, you'll be crucial in expanding Kami's reach and impact. This role requires persistence, resilience, and self-discipline to thrive in a remote environment. For successful Teaching and Learning Coordinators at Kami, opportunities for quick advancement are within reach.

A Day in the Life Might Include:
  • Engaging with educators and administrators through in-person, phone, and online interactions.
  • Showcasing the power and versatility of the Kami platform through compelling demonstrations.
  • Cultivating relationships to grow product usage and develop strong accounts.
  • Tracking and analyzing key usage metrics to understand the impact of your efforts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sharing valuable insights and recommendations to drive user adoption and expand our user base.
  • Proactively researching potential and existing customers, identifying key decision-makers, and generating enthusiasm for Kami.
  • Qualifying promising leads and seamlessly connecting them with our regional Account Executives.
  • Effectively managing inquiries from prospective customers, qualifying promising leads, and seamlessly connecting them with our regional Account Executives.
  • Becoming a trusted and knowledgeable resource for educators and administrators seeking innovative learning solutions.
  • Providing valuable feedback to our leadership team to contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding agreed-upon goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in education, sales, customer success, or a related field. (Two years preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of success and being a valued team member working with both internal and external school staff and school leadership
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to help educators and students.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a proactive approach to challenges in a high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with educational technology platforms is a plus.
  • A college degree with a knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment
