Summary:
The Technical Training and Content Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the efficiency of our Enterprise Applications and tools. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify training needs, create training materials, and conduct training sessions. The Technical Training and Content Manager will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on Enterprise Applications and Tools. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually. Conduct and create materials for an in-person class as well as virtual classes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Provide insights to management on the effectiveness of these training programs.
- Provide ongoing updates to the training plan and documentation library. Work with IT leaders and key business stakeholders to keep the plan and library up to date
- Develops KPI’s and statistics to measure effectiveness of training programs.
What we’re looking for:
- BS / BA Degree in related field preferred. MS / MA / MBA a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering training programs
- Working knowledge of building materials, supply chain and product management.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and plans.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant tools / technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using training software and tool.
