The Technology & Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting and improving operational processes within the Technology & Operations function. This position focuses on coordinating activities, analyzing business processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in operational excellence.
 
How you will make an impact:
  • Supports day-to-day operational workflows and documentation of procedures
  • Coordinates cross-functional meetings and maintains team calendars
  • Prepares materials for business reviews and stakeholder presentations
  • Manages administrative workflows and ensures timely follow-up on deliverables
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements new procedures
  • Contributes to strategic planning and development of best practices
  • Builds relationships across departments and coordinates collaborative initiatives
