How can you make an impact?
The Technology Specialist provides support for digital authoring tools to internal and external team members, including developing best practices; completing user testing, creating documentation; and troubleshooting issues.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
 
What you will be doing:
  • Serve as the production owner for assessment authoring tools, including EZ Test, Muzzy Lane, GASPAR, Internal Admin, and Paris Tools; responsibilities include UAT, creating production-specific documentation, vendor training, customer and internal team support, and troubleshooting tool issues.
  • Develop and manage a production roadmap for authoring tools, collaborating with DPG to scope and plan production needs.
  • Lead key projects using a full-service model, incorporating project planning (scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality) to ensure successful product execution and alignment with course and program goals.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, maintain data integrity across systems, provide project status updates, and resolve customer and internal support tickets.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and pilot new digital tools for content creation.
 
We are looking for someone with…
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 3–5 years of project management experience, including digital content production.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience providing training, technical support, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Proven adaptability and technical competence, with experience using proprietary digital tools to build content; proficiency in Habitat, Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud is a plus.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and delivering effective solutions under tight deadlines.

The pay range for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
