Training & Change Management Lead

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Training & Change Management Lead. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
As a Training & Change Management Lead at BVA Bear’s IT Solutions you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that support the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. This role plays a critical part in user enablement, knowledge sharing, and change management to ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders. The lead will also ensure training content aligns with accessibility standards and Commonwealth policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for Dynamics 365 users, ensuring content is user-friendly and accessible.
- Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing workshops for diverse audiences.
- Provide change management support to help users transition smoothly to new systems and processes.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure training content accurately reflects system functionalities.
- Ensure all training content aligns with accessibility standards, including WCAG, Section 508, and ITP-ACC001.
- Develop user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules to enhance user adoption.
- Serve as a point of contact for user feedback and address concerns related to system changes.
- Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Support Agile implementation efforts by providing training during system releases and updates.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training development, change management, or organizational development.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for enterprise software solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, and ITP-ACC001.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and video content creation.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or Training & Development (CPTD).
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 reporting tools.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner) is a plus.
