Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging live training sessions tailored to diverse roles
Create a robust library of high-quality, on-demand training materials
Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
Develop visually appealing training content in partnership with our Marketing & Communications team
Evaluate and refine training initiatives for maximum impact
Leverage modern learning management systems to streamline access to resources
Ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements
Provide strategic insights on workforce development trends and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
5+ years of experience in training and development, including live facilitation and e-learning content creation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong instructional design skills and expertise in adult learning principles
Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for fostering growth in others
Medical/healthcare experience preferred, but not required
