Description
 
Position Summary  
The Manager, Training & Engagement, plays a vital role in crafting and executing corporate training initiatives aligned with the company's goals and strategies. This position takes ownership of compliance training, Learning Management System (LMS) development, and employee engagement programs, ensuring a robust and effective learning environment. Collaborating closely with functional management teams, this role assesses training needs, reviews exit survey data for retention insights, manages 360-degree feedback processes, and enhances overall employee engagement.  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 
  • Develop, implement, and oversee corporate training programs across all departments, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Take ownership of compliance training, ensuring regulatory and company-mandated courses are up to date, assigned, and tracked. 
  • Collaborate with Clinical Trainers, ASC Directors, and Clinic Business Trainers to deploy comprehensive training programs, including virtual classrooms and self-paced web-based modules. 
  • Lead soft skill development and managerial training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities. 
  • Oversee new hire onboarding programs to foster culture and engagement through both online and instructor-led training. 
  • Facilitate training initiatives during acquisitions and system conversions, serving as the lead trainer. 
  • Support Employee Development efforts, including refining the Mission, Vision, and Values. 
  • Manage the company Learning Management System (LMS), including content creation, system maintenance, and employee tracking. 
  • Ensure compliance training is assigned, completed, and recorded to meet all regulatory and internal requirements. 
  • Partner with leadership and HR to build out the LMS structure, including self-paced courses, reporting functionalities, and automated training assignments. 
  • Review and analyze exit surveys to identify trends, reasons for turnover, and areas for improvement in employee retention. 
  • Oversee the Employee Engagement Survey process, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance engagement and organizational culture. 
  • Manage 360-degree feedback processes, ensuring results are used effectively for leadership and employee development. 
  • Collaborate on changing management initiatives to support engagement and strategic objectives. 
  • Oversee company wellness programs and assess their effectiveness. 
  • Manage the Predictive Index tool to enhance organizational effectiveness and support talent development. 
  • Administer Seniority Recognition and Spot Award programs to ensure timely and meaningful employee recognition. 
  • Ensure strong attendance and reliability, setting an example for consistency and dependability. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure training and engagement efforts are successful. 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Requirements
 
Minimum Qualifications 
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including in multi-site, matrixed organizations. 
  • Proven experience in employee development, LMS management, compliance training, and employee engagement strategies. 

Skills and Abilities 
  • Ownership mindset with a bias for action and commitment to driving initiatives to completion. 
  • Strong experience LMS, including course development, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Experience managing compliance training programs and ensuring training completion. 
  • Ability to analyze exit survey and engagement data to drive meaningful change. 
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. 
  • Experience utilizing assessment tools such as Predictive Index and 360-degree feedback for employee development. 
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Business acumen with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. 
  • Skilled in integrating social media into learning solutions for an enriched employee experience. 

Physical Requirements 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a computer and telephone. 
  • Common repetitive movements such as typing, mouse clicking, and headset usage.? 
  • Visual acuity and adequate hearing are essential for tasks such as reading documents, reviewing information on a computer screen, and engaging in conversations. 
  • Proficient use of office equipment, including computers, phones, and other devices, requires manual dexterity. 
  • Must be able to move around the office space, attend meetings in different areas, or engage in travel for training purposes. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
