As a ​Training Manager at Gainwell, you will lead as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
  • Lead training teams to deliver impactful learning experiences across multiple clients during new program launches.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, leveraging diverse modalities including instructor-led training, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quality training delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven KPIs to improve outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to trainers and other team members to build a high-performing training team.

What we're looking for
  • 5-7 years of experience in training management or a similar leadership role. 
  • 2+ years of experience in developing training curriculums for new program launches
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. 
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience in training transformation projects and program development for system implementations is preferred.

What you should expect in this role
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $86,700.00 - $123,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
