Training Specialist
- Leadership in Training: Lead or co-lead engaging New Hire Orientation sessions, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed.
- Documentation and Compliance: Manage training records, update training documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Travel and Outreach: Embark on 10-15% travel to regional sites across Massachusetts, delivering impactful training sessions to staff.
- Innovative Training Design: Collaborate on the assessment and redesign of training materials, enhancing PowerPoint presentations and handouts for both live and online modules.
Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Training and Development: Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on technology-driven solutions and innovative approaches, including remote and virtual training. Prior facilitation experience and certification in Safety Care, CPR, and First Aid, is a plus.
