Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced executive to oversee all aspects of operations, including all centralized revenue operations teams, business operations, and analytics. You excel at solving complex challenges, fostering collaboration across functions, and enabling teams to operate at their highest potential. You’re someone who thrives in a high growth, fast paced environment and has direct experience managing scaled teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and refine the “corporate operating system”
  • Partner closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO on the company’s highest priority initiatives  
  • Drive continuous improvement through operating cadences, including partnering with leadership on forecasting, goal-setting, metrics reviews, and business reviews
  • Ensure a seamless journey for customers from lead through sales and onboarding on to ongoing engagement + upsell 
  • Lead overall operational goal-setting of the company, steer metrics reviews, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Make data the secret weapon of our go-to-market functions, creating the right reporting and analytics to provide insights into our funnel and performance, fuel the best decision-making, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Lead a talented team of experts across any combo of RevOps (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, BizOps, and Analytics
  • Optimize Operations & Scalability – Develop and implement systems, processes, and workflows to drive efficiency and support brightwheel’s growth.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities 
  • 15+ years of  experience in Operations and/or Strategy, with experience leading teams of 40+.
  • Experience scaling operations at a high-growth SaaS company or a tech-enabled business.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing operational strategies that drive efficiency and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth.

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
