In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising senior leadership on risks, opportunities, and compliance strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key regulatory agencies, advocating for the organization’s interests.
  • Lead compliance initiatives across institutions, ensuring alignment with federal and state financial aid laws.
  • Conduct management reviews to assess and enhance regulatory compliance effectiveness.
  • Provide regulatory training, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness across the organization.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams through complex regulatory questions and challenges.
  • Oversee failure investigations and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization before regulatory and accreditation agencies.

Qualifications
What You Bring:
Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulatory compliance within higher education or a related field.
✔ Proven track record of developing and executing compliance strategies in a multi-institutional setting.
✔ Deep understanding of federal and state financial aid laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory frameworks.
✔ Strong ability to build relationships with regulatory agencies and advocate for institutional interests.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $164108.58 and $296747.32. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
