Role:
We are looking for a salesperson who will be responsible for hunting and growing new accounts for Magic EdTech in North America. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Promote and present workforce training solutions that companies can use to determine and address technical skill gaps within their current workforce.
- Work with the product/development roles, to specify, promote, and present complete training solutions that can be deployed by customers and their education partners to close these skill gaps.
- Work with stakeholders throughout to identify and understand the market tendencies or disruptions and being able to react to those changes with the suitable solutions.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Generate pipeline of potential customers
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Highly process driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Work with the marketing team to plan customer events, branding strategies, and lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in sales and marketing.
- Experience in Sales with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
